  • Support day-to-day marketing and sales operations, including email and social media campaigns, website lead generation efforts, and more
  • Leverage major branded moments (ex. success stories, competition deadlines) via social and email marketing to help amplify brand initiatives
  • Assist with weekly reporting on KPIs and metrics that are driving the business forward
  • Conferences, webinars, and tradeshows
  • Coordinate logistics for all events where Classworks is featured
  • Work with sales reps on best practices for executing successful conferences and events
  • Webinars - organize logistics for webinars, schedule practices, facilitate Zooms, support chat, etc.
  • Coordinate pre-and post-conference, event, and webinar marketing
  • Stay on top of the current trends and best practices for exhibiting
  • Sales inventory management
  • Sponsorships -- Maintain details of sponsorship costs, and contract dates, and ensure we take advantage of all benefits
  • Sales support:
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - importing and exporting lead lists for tradeshows and other efforts, ensuring the integrity of data with monthly and quarterly clean-ups
  • Manage website lead processes and coordinate resulting sales demos
  • Customer Experience and Other Responsibilities
  • Work with the team on creative ways to build loyalty and a sense of community for customers, including contests, loyalty programs, and social media campaigns

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Entrepreneurial; adaptable, a self-starter who loves to own projects and feels comfortable working independently - the position is primarily remote
  • Empathetic and customer-obsessed
  • Understanding of social media and email marketing
  • Marketing agency experience preferred but not required
  • Strong aptitude with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), Google Office suite or Microsoft Office suite (Slides, PPT, Docs, Word, etc.)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with vendors, customers, and prospects when needed
  • Desire to learn new technologies to support your job more efficiently (CRM, Website CRM, etc.
  • Experience with tradeshow and event planning is a plus!
  • This position is fully remote; however, there may be occasions when you will go to the Duluth, Ga office to manage our swag and collateral inventory.
