Curriculum Advantage (Classworks) is seeking a Lead Development Specialist. The Lead Development Specialist (LDS) will focus on nurturing leads and filling the sales funnel with qualified opportunities. This position will spend most of their time vetting leads, making phone calls and scheduling appointments. The LDS will work with various lead types to identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion to hand off to sales. Ideal candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound and outbound marketing leads and prospect lists. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential!
