Assessments

Screen students, measure growth, and monitor progress with Classworks assessments. The real power is in the action you take, not the data. Classworks assessments tie directly to instruction, setting your students on the path to proficiency right away!

Standards-Based Assessments

Academic Screening

Classworks Universal Screeners for Reading and Math are validated by the National Center for Intensive Intervention (NCII) and received the highest ratings for validity and reliability.

The K-8 assessments identify present levels of academic achievement and functional performance (PLAAFP) by domain and pinpoint areas of weakness with critical reading and math skills. View more information about the screeners.

Screener results provide percentile rankings and recommend tier placement supports for students. They also include early literacy, dyslexia, and dyscalculia indicators.

Standards-Based Assessments

Classworks includes a standards-based assessment item bank to create your own assessments to better match your classroom, school or district curriculum. Custom assessments give you flexibility in subject areas, number of questions, state-standards covered and other assessment aspects. You also have the ability to create your own test items and use them independently or combine them with existing Classworks content.

Social-Emotional Skills Survey (SESS)

Social-Emotional Skills Survey (SESS)

Identify students who need support on wellness skills. Track progress on the discrete skills that contribute to students’ overall social-emotional well-being. Assess in English and Spanish. Plus, Classworks provides resources including a SMART Goal Tracker and PBIS tracking tool to make survey data actionable for every student!

Data and Reports

Reports and data visualizations from Classworks assessments help you understand where students are struggling, create measurable IEP goals, and ensure students are set to receive the exact support they need.

Classworks Student Screener reports include K-3 early literacy, dyslexia and dyscalculia indicators. They provide teachers with detailed data on the exact skills students need to work on or are ready to learn.

Our Customers Love It!

Classworks has been incredibly beneficial. I can see how much students have and haven’t grown and where to stop and continue testing.

I truly enjoyed the Classworks Fall Summit and learned so much about using the program to support our Special Education students that I plan to redeliver to my teachers. I'm looking forward to what Classworks has to offer in the future.
